In 1994, the circus life of agency founder Kai Fischer starts with the entry into the internationally leading Düsseldorf artist and circus agency „Riese-Bughardt“, where he left in 2003 as managing director. After a period as event and product manager for Cirus Roncalli he became increasingly into his own productions.
